A Real Stoory: Ahphea’s Journey
Meet Ahphea, one of our youngest and most respected female team leaders in Cambodia. At only 23 years old, she leads with quiet determination. Joining Lion Paper's Cambodia Factory since day one, she has risen from quality inspector to production team lead.
She has rotated through key tasks including printing inspection, case lamination, manual assembly, and machine operation. No matter how demanding the shift, Ahphea steps forward with agility and accountability. In high-demand seasons, she fills labor gaps to keep the line moving without sacrificing quality.
Outside of work, she taught herself Mandarin to improve communication with our technical team from China. Her journey is a testament to what women can achieve when provided with trust, training, and growth pathways.
